This is incredibly scary that this is a real thing!! For someone to have a LIFELONG ban on their license for VERY valid reasons to then just be able to open again NOT knowing ANYTHING they’ve done previously is just asking for something else to happen. This facility should STAY shut down as the state says!!!! The people running it have got their own financial agenda’s set to be more important than the children they claim to care for. I first hand KNOW how they treat medical issues with children and said they don’t want to deal with the child while undergoing any treatments but continue to make you pay regardless by saying you’ll lose their spot yet they don’t want the child there if dealing with any medical issues. Pls DO NOT trust your children in the hands of these owners. I cannot believe they’re still in operation. THIS LOOPHOLE NEEDS TO CHANGE FOR THE SAKE OF THE CHILDREN!!!

This loophole is absolutely crazy! With the Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System already in place and sharing these records state to state, it makes not sense why the Department of Education would not use this system as part of their background checks to approve private schools or charters. Such an easy fix that needs to be done immediately.
